I'm Barbara, the founder of SciaticaPainStop.com. My first run-in with Sciatica occurred at the beginning of the 2020 Global Pandemic Lockdown. I was stranded in Mexico in a small town on the Yucatan peninsula. I didn't know what "sciatica" was, didn't know what to do about it, and didn't even speak the language well enough to find out.
The only thing I DID know was that I was in the most agonizing pain of my lifetime and I had to find a way to make the Sciatica pain stop, without creating long-term negative side effects. And I was also pretty certain that venturing into a small-town Mexican hospital filled with pandemic patients was the last thing I wanted to do.
So I turned to to Dr. Google to help me research natural home remedies for Sciatica which I could use to alleviate the excruciating pain enough so that I could sleep and eventually walk upright again. I cobbled together a natural treatment plan that was practical and possible, given the global health crisis conditions. Within four months I was Sciatica symptom-free and have remained that way ever since.
When I was researching natural remedies and treatments for Sciatica, I found a lot of ideas, but no PLAN. So the purpose of this website is to provide a PLAN to anyone who is suffering with Sciatica and searching for solutions like I was. The treatment, remedies and solutions on this website worked for me. There is no guarantee that they will work the same for everyone (and I am NOT a trained medical professional of any kind).
